One pass soil modification system
The Imants SandCat is a compact, one pass soil modification system that is ideal for greens, tees, and sports fields built on loamy to sandy soils. The SandCat moves lightly over the turf, slits the surface to a depth of 6”, and introduces sand to a depth of 5” to improve drainage and enhance the properties of the root zone. The SandCat will inject 1 pound of sand per square foot which equates to approximately 4 pounds of sand for every linear foot the machine travels. The SandCat features overload protection by a torque limiting PTO shaft.
