Aqua-Carbon is an advanced carbon-based water conditioner formulated to improve irrigation water quality and enhance soil chemistry. By pre-treating irrigation water, Aqua-Carbon converts carbonates and bicarbonates into highly soluble, organically rich lignosulfonate salts, which stabilize soil pH and serve as an energy source for beneficial soil microbes.
This organic conversion process increases readily available calcium and organic sulfur in the soil while improving infiltration, moisture retention, and nutrient efficiency. Regular use of Aqua-Carbon enhances turf performance, soil microbial activity, and root development, resulting in more balanced, productive soils.
Aqua-Carbon also helps reduce scale formation in irrigation lines, soften seed coats for better germination, and lower irrigation water pH for improved nutrient solubility and uptake. Apply 3 to 5 ounces per 1,000 ft² in 2 gallons of water (10 to 16 L/ha in 800 L) at 15 day intervals or as needed.
Irrigate with sufficient water to deliver Aqua-Carbon to the soil profile – 1/8 inch (3 mm) or more recommended.
Inject 1 to 1.5 gallons per acre (10 to 16 L/ha) at 15 day intervals or as needed.
